Commissioners expressed intent for tax abatement for Hubbard Wind LLC and passed a resolution for property tax relief at their meeting Tuesday, June 6.

Next week a crew of videographers will be filming in and around Mexia to eventually promote the city to potential business prospects, development opportunities and general marketing of the town. The project is a brainchild of the Mexia Economic Development Corporation.
