Saturday, June 13 9 a.m. – ADAR, a praisedance team at Fairfield Christian Center, is raising funds through a four-person golf scramble teeing off at Tri-County Golf Club at the Vineyards. Cost to play in the tournament is $50 per person and lunch is included. Auction items are also being sought. Adar is a Hebrew word meaning “fire.” The dance team has performed at special services at the church and on the town square during special events. This week at Mexia LTC we started off with our exercise group on Monday morning. Residents played bingo on Monday afternoon.
