Gift cards arrive just in time for MHS grad

For the third consecutive year, the 84 Riderzs Trail Riding Club gave five sets of gift cards to five graduating seniors at Mexia High School.
Six graduating senior homeschoolers received their diplomas Sunday in a ceremony held at First Baptist Church, Fairfield. The graduates are members of Tri-County Homeschool Co-op, which operates in Limestone, Freestone and Leon counties.
Mexia children and their parents will want to go to Gibbs Memorial Library this Thursday – and every Thursday in June – to pick up a free craft kit the library is offering to children who come by.
Joni Fisher has a connection to Mexia as she enters her first year as the assistant principal at Mexia Junior High School.
