High-speed rail activity slows in county; court ruling allows possible use of eminent domain to acquire land

Real estate activity related to the building of a high-speed rail line running through Freestone, Limestone and Navarro counties has slowed since last year, when 33 separate properties valued at $3.3 million were purchased by Texas Central Railroad & Infrastructure Inc.
