Following the conclusion of a Public Hearing on redistricting, Mexia City Council approved changing Mexia’s precinct boundaries, which results of the 2020 Census made necessary.
Mexia City Council informed the Mexia Economic Development Corporation earlier this month it is considering taking steps to cut EDC funding in half to help fund road repairs.
