Harry McCormick was a reporter for the Houston Press. His field of reporting had to do with the rampart crimes in the 1930s. McCormick worked so honestly and faithfully to get a story that he became friends with many outlaws, especially Raymond Hamilton, Clyde Barrow Bonnie Parker and Ralph Fults. McCormick knew these gunmen personally and was trusted by the law and the lawless alike.
