11:30 a.m. – Gibbs Memorial Library, 305 E. Rusk, will hold a grand opening and ribbon-cutting. The public is invited to come and see the newly restored library at its permanent location.
This week at Mexia LTC we started off with hallway bowling on Monday morning. Residents played bingo on Monday afternoon.
Calvary Baptist Church of Fairfield will hold a revival next week, and the local congregation is inviting everyone to attend the ‘Revive!’ services, which begin each night at 7 p.m. at the church, 220 East Main in Fairfield.
