Mr. Leroy Reed was born Sept. 14, 1952. He was the fourth of 11 children born to Isom and Vivian Morgan Reed in the Sandy Community in Limestone County. Leroy passed away on Friday, Oct.
Aubrey Ray Brasher Sr., 75, of Groesbeck, passed away Oct. 3, 2020, at Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest in Waco. A memorial service will be held at noon Saturday, Oct. 31, at Mexia Family Church with Pastor Thomas Rasey officiating.
Ellen Louise (Ouija) Zempel, 90, of Topeka, Kan., passed away peacefully Oct. 7, 2020, after a brief illness, surrounded by so much love. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2020, at Tehuacana Cemetery with Joe Lucas officiating and prayers held by Dean McCoslin (nephew).
Ruby Jewel Hodges, 105, longtime resident of Coolidge, entered her heavenly home on Oct. 10, 2020. Graveside services will be held at the Coolidge Cemetery on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 10:30 a.m., with Jim Britt officiating.
Gaylon J. Brim, 61, left to be with his Heavenly Father on Oct. 9, 2020, at St. Catherine’s Hospice in Waco. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, at Prairie Hill Cemetery.
