Mary Frances Allen, 90, of Mexia, passed away peacefully on Sept. 18, 2020, at Parkview Regional Hospital in Mexia. A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 23, at 2 p.m. at Jones Funeral Services Chapel with the Rev. Bill Wright Jr. and the Rev. Michael Vestal officiating. Interment will follow at Mexia Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. It is asked that you please wear a mask to the visitation and the funeral.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, Sept. 18, at 1 p.m. at Wortham Cemetery, with Minister Tas Betts Jr. officiating. Honorary pallbearers are James Brown, Malcolm Brown, Patrick Lovely, Al Brown, Grover Moten and Charles Hill.

Bobby Joe Coslin, of Donie, passed away Sept. 10, 2020, in Waco, at the age of 79. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 17, in the Sardis Cemetery, near Jewett, with John Smith officiating. Bobby Coslin Jr., Dean Coslin, Michael Coslin, Christopher Coslin, Jeremy Coslin and John Smith will serve as pallbearers. Brian Bell will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
