William “Bill” George McCullough, longtime Mexia businessman and civic leader, passed away at his home on Dec. 1, 2020, at the age of 71. Bill was born April 26, 1949, in Mexia, to V.A.
Bobby Lee Jacobs, longtime Coolidge educator, businessman and former mayor, passed away at his home on Dec. 4, 2020, at the age of 88. A graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, Dec.

Mary Deania (Deanie) Williams Cox was born Sept. 16, 1927, in Dallas. She died at 93 in Houston on Nov. 28, 2020.
Betty Louise Stubbs, of Mexia, entered her heavenly home on Nov. 27, 2020, at the age of 81. Graveside services were held at 11 a.m., Monday, Nov. 30, in the Mexia Cemetery with the Rev. Marcus Sheffield officiating.
