Pam and I got to visit with Pam’s mother Sue last Saturday where Sue lives in this season of her life. At the Groesbeck LTC Nursing Home. After not having seen her since the Texas virus protocol nursing home quarantine started in February, we got to see her through a window last Saturday.
Historical Commission earns Distinguished Service Award

The Limestone County Historical Commission (CHC) has been awarded a Distinguished Service Award (DSA) by the Texas Historical Commission (THC) for the 2019 year of service, and were recognized by county commissioners and County Judge Richard Duncan at their meeting on July 14. This annual award affirms Limestone CHC appointees for managing well-rounded history and preservation-related programs that enrich Texas communities.
