Mike Satterfield, automotive aficionado, blogger and businessman, has been planning and organizing the Groesbeck Grand Prix: Festival of Motoring since the spring, and on Tuesday, July 28, he earned the approval of Limestone County Commissioners for the necessary road closures to hold the event at Fort Parker on Sept. 5-6.
William “Willie” Rittenbaugh, a 49-year-old man from Mount Calm, pleaded guilty to five felony charges spanning Hill and Limestone counties this week following a long investigation led by Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association Special Ranger Marvin Wills.
