Rotary Club of Mexia President Eric Bost, center, congratulates the Junior Rotarians for September, Peyton Allen, 17, and Mariana Dominguez 17, both seniors. After graduation, Peyton plans to pursue a degree in petroleum engineering at Texas Tech University. Mariana plans to get her basics at Navarro College then transfer to McLennan County College to study business administration.

American Legion offering ‘Golden Boy’

American Legion offering ‘Golden Boy’

Groesbeck American Legion Post 288 is currently having a raffle for a Henry “Golden Boy” .22 L.R. Rifle. The raffle will be held on Saturday, Nov. 11, you need not be present to win. Cost is $5 per ticket, or five for $20. Contact the American Legion Post 288 for more information at 254-729-6102.
