Low-cost spay-neuter clinic rolling into town

Dehart Veterinary Services will be providing lowcost spay and neuter services and vaccines to dogs and cats in the parking lot across from City Hall for the day Aug. 16, starting at 7:30 a.m., according to the City of Mexia Animal Control.
