It is with great sadness that the family of Sammy Lee Griffin announces his passing on Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018, in Corpus Christi, with his children at his side. Sammy was 74 years old.
He is survived by his brother, Ronnie Griffin; son, Cody Griffin; daughter, Katy Wall; daughter-in-law, Kennisha; son-in-law, Danny Wall; and six grandchildren, Kellus, Karina, Kerissa, Kaleb, Zoe, and Rooney.
A memorial service for Sammy will be held on Sunday, Dec. 30, at 2 p.m. at Prairie Hill Baptist Church. Another service is planned in Corpus Christi at a future date.
