Andree Louise Julliott
Andree Louise Julliott Howard passed away Nov. 22, 2018, at her home at the age of 89. A graveside service was held at 2 p.m., Friday, Nov. 23, in the Forest Glade Cemetery with the Rev. David Snow officiating. Honorary pallbearers were Rodney Armstrong, Charles Howard Jr., Allen Sanders and Jonathan Lee.
Andree was born May 5, 1929, in Nancy, France, to Leon and Augustine Julliott. She met her husband, who was in the military, and moved to the United States in 1969. She was a survivor of a concentration camp in Germany.
Andree was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her life revolved around family; they were her pride and joy. In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoyed collecting a variety of items, including dolls. In her early years, she was an active member of the VFW Women’s Auxiliary in Mexia.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Andree is survived by her loving children, Patricia Anne Howard, Charles Alfred Howard Jr. and Nancy Ann Lee and husband Jonathan, all of Mexia; grandchildren, Tammara Cano, Amy Cumbo, Rachel O’Hare, Presley Beavers, David Roberts, Teresa Marsh, Andrea O’Hare and Tristan Lee; and 16 great grandchildren.
