On the first day Mexia ISD provided food for students in a drive-thru format, 390 meals were distributed on Wednesday.
The meals include lunch, breakfast for the next day and drinks.
The Mexia Blackcats blew through the District 19-4A basketball season undefeated, so it is no surprise that they dominated the all-district awards.
The Mexia Blackcats (22-5) will go against a mirror image when they battle Waco La Vega (12-5) in a Class 4A area round basketball playoff game at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Lorena High School.
The Mexia ISD school board voted unanimously on Monday to hire Triston Abron as the next head football coach and athletic director for the Blackcats.
