The Mart Panthers showed they just might be able to repeat as state champs by pouncing on the Wortham Bulldogs 62-0 at the newly renovated Mexia Blackcat Stadium on Friday.

Ladycats still undefeated in district play

The Mexia volleyball team moved one step closer Tuesday to winning a District 19-4A championship with a four-set victory over Madisonville at the Mexia High School gym.

Wortham Lady Bulldogs continue domination on the volleyball court

The Wortham volleyball team won its 13th consecutive match in District 15-2A with a three-set sweet over Dawson Oct. 12. Game scores were 25-4, 25-9, 25-6.
