Early voting began Monday for May 1 elections in county, city and school district elections.

Voices for Children/CASA, an organization dedicated to helping children in the foster care system, depends on volunteers to represent those children in court and be a resource for them. The volunteers are called CASAs – Court Appointed Special Advocates.
