Virginia Ellen Herring of Shiloh passed away Jan. 30, 2022, in Waco at the age of 78. Visitation with the family will be from 5 to 7 p.m Wednesday, Feb. 2. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 5, in the Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike Montgomery and the Rev. David Snow officiating. Interment will be in the Shiloh Cemetery.

A private funeral service for Louise Curry, 92, was held Friday, Jan. 21, Bowers Funeral Home in Teague. Brother Scott Matthews officiated. Interment followed the services at Greenwood Cemetery.
