Frank Dillard Proctor SR.

Frank Dillard Proctor Sr. of Waco, formerly of Mexia, was born June 25, 1944. Frank transitioned into his heavenly home Aug. 11, 2023, at Veterans Hospital in Temple.

He was the son of the late Rev. J.O. Proctor and Dorothy Wayne Proctor. He was the third of nine children.

He was preceded in death by his parents, the Rev. J.O. Proctor and Dorothy Proctor; brothers, Joe Donald Proctor and Douglas Arthus Proctor; and beloved sister, Carolyn Jean Anderson.

He leaves to cherish his memories, daughter, Daphne Proctor Kelly of Katy; sons, Frank Proctor Jr. of Waco, and Christopher Proctor of Lancaster.

Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 18, at Moore’s Angelic Funeral Home, 406 W. Monroe St., Teague. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, at Pleasant Olive MBC, 1600 E. League St., Waco. Interment will be at at 2:15 p.m. Aug. 23, at DFW Veterans National Cemetry, Dallas.
