Mexia native and Arizona Cardinals offensive tackle Kelvin Beachum Jr. is returning to his hometown to host a food distribution. The Central Texas Food Bank and H-E-B are partners in this event providing food and needed support.
With a Property Value Study looming on the horizon, Limestone County Chief Appraiser Terri Lenamon lamented through a recent news release, the need for substantial changes to property values in the county. She explained that a failure of the study done by the state comptroller on market values may mean a loss of state funding for local schools.
