The City of Mexia’s recent cleanup project was a success, and a similar event may be held in the spring to continue eliminating unsightly and illegal trash from business and residential properties, according to City Manager Joshua Barron.
Gunfire erupted Saturday afternoon, Oct. 26, at the Valero gas station at the intersection of Milam and Bailey Streets in Mexia.
