The Mexia Economic Development Corp. Board of Directors approved an expense account reallocation of $227,000 of its $1.5 million 2023-2024 fiscal year budget at its Tuesday, March 5, meeting.
Runoff slated for Precinct 1 commissioner
After Election Day voting for Texas Primaries wrapped on March 5, Limestone County had unofficial final results posted to its website shortly after 9 pm. Perhaps most notably, the results determined that the position of Limestone County Commissioner Pct. 1 would be determined in a runoff election.
