Karen Greer Bounds

Karen Greer Bounds, of Mexia, passed away Jan. 20, 2020, in Waco, at the age of 72. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 25, at Blair-Stubbs Chapel with the Rev. Marcus Sheffield officiating. Interment will follow in the Mexia Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Brenda Greer; and granddaughter, Kristie Mitchell.

Karen is survived by her son, Kelly Bounds and wife, Katrina of Mexia; grandchildren, Danielle Smith, John McClinton and wife, Kallie and Reagan Bounds; great granddaughter, Kristine McClinton; sister Kathi Murphy of Richmond, TX; nephew, Jason Murphey and wife, Sandra; niece, Jenny Cervantes and husband, Oscar; and number of great nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or Providence Hospice.
